I'm from the South. I live in the North.When I was growing up my mama would fix us fried chicken two or three times a week. I loved it. Oh my goodness it was good.I never saw a fork when I ate fried chicken. It was the best.Then I moved up North.I am older now, we only splurge once in awhile to have Fried Chicken, but now there are forks on the table.It seems to be an age old battle.My husband hates getting his hands dirty with food. He is a very tidy eater. I really am not bothered by it. I just like my chicken crispy.How do you feel about this? Should fried chicken be eaten with your fingers or a fork?
