A traditional Swedish cheesecake dessert that is eaten on Christmas eve. This recipe is from my grandma's recipe journals. It takes some steps to make this delicious dessert, however it is worth the work and wait. Creamy, rich and traditional this Osta Kaka would truly be a wonderful addition to your dessert table. Served with a ligonberry jam (recipe included) makes it a real treat.
